How to make chicken chap:
First, wash the chicken well, then put the chicken in a bowl and mix it well with salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and chili powder. Then squeeze the juice of a lime and mix it well and let it rest for about 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, I will heat the ghee in a pot. When the ghee is hot, lightly fry onions, raw chilies, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, cashew nuts, and salt in it. Once fried mix it in a mixture jar.
