Today I will share with you how to eat Flattened rice. Many people eat it after roasting it while some people eat it by making poha.
Today I will share with you the recipe for making Paha. This is a very favorite breakfast of Indians and almost 99% of them eat Poha for breakfast. And it is also health.
Without any further delay let us know how to make Poha. First of all, know what you will need.

Necessary Material:

  • Flattened rice
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Ghee /or refine oil
  • Onion
  • Mustard Seeds 
  • Chaumin  seeds
  • Coriander leaf (winter )
  • Water
  • Curry tree
  • Peas (winter)

Methods:


First of all, soak the cut part and wash it with water and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes. Then take ghee or refined oil in a pan. - When it gets hot, add almonds, if the almonds are not fried then fry the almonds first.

The walnuts will turn light brown and develop a beautiful scent. Then fry the dry fruits and take them out in a bowl.

Now add ghee in the same pot. Then add a pinch of cumin and a pinch of mustard. Add coriander and cumin and mix well. Then add chopped onion into it.

After adding onion, add salt as per taste, do not add too much salt, just add a pinch of salt, otherwise it will become too salty.
Now brown the onion lightly. Fry the onion till it turns light brown and add curry leaves to it and fry it well with the curry leaves. You will see how beautiful the scents will look with curry leaves.

Now add a pinch of turmeric to it. - Now add fried almonds in it. Then fry it well with soaked gram. And when it is roasted, finally add chopped coriander leaves to it. In this way, once you make it at home, you will see an amazing achievement.
