Easy and testy Chicken Biryani

First, you need to know what is needed to make chicken biryani.

 Ingredients required for making chicken biryani:

  • Chicken meat
  • Basmati rice
  • Biryani masala (you can ask at the store for it / ready-made biryani masala is also available)
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • Shahijeera
  • White pepper
  • Cardamom
  • Black pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Javatree
  • Mughal perfume
  • Rose water
  • Lemon juice
  • Ghee
  • Saffron (for coloring)
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green chilies
  • Chillie powder
  • Turmeric powder

Wash the chicken meat and take it in a bowl. Then heat the oil in a pan. Now lightly coat the chicken with saffron and salt Take it and then leave it in hot oil. Fry it till light brown.

Now fry the potato balls with saffron and salt in oil. You can skip the potatoes if you want. Once the potatoes are fried, remove them in a bowl.

Now wash the basmati rice balls in a bowl and soak them for 10 minutes. In another bowl, boil some water, salt and kebab sugar. When the water boils, add the soaked basmati rice balls in it. Boil the rice balls.


Now heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Now add salt and fry them. When they are lightly fried, add the fried chicken pieces. Now add some biryani masala. Mix the biryani masala well, add water in a pan, close the lid and boil for 2 minutes. Only then will the chicken pieces be cooked.

 Now first heat the pot in which you will make the biryani, then add ghee to it, mix the ghee well in the pot, then add half of the basmati rice in it, fry the rice well, then add the fried potatoes and chicken meat in it, then add the whole rice and fry it well, then add biryani masala in it, squeeze the juice of a lemon and add it in it, add 2 spoons of ghee, and in a pot, add rose water and Mughlai attar and add it in it and finally add some saffron. Then close the lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
